I’m really excited to share an important evolution in the way I’m offering healing through SuperNature. Over the past year, I’ve been deeply immersed in studying Autonomic Response Testing (A.R.T.), a refined, gentle assessment technique that works directly with the body’s autonomic nervous system. After months of learning, practice, and integration, A.R.T. sessions are now available at the clinic here in Castlemaine & Melbourne.
This feels like a significant and natural next step for SuperNature.
What is Autonomic Response Testing (A.R.T.)?
A.R.T. is a non-invasive method of assessment that allows us to listen very precisely to the body’s responses. It was developed by a German Physician and neurobiologist, who is known for his groundbreaking results when treating Autism, Lyme and Chronic health/fatigue, and heavy metal detoxification.
Rather than relying on symptoms alone, or spending months trialling different supplements or approaches, A.R.T. helps identify what the body is asking for right now. It is a refined process that uses the body’s response to certain toxins, pathogens and remedies. While there is still occasional need for some functional & genetic testing, in some cases this method can bypass these.
It gives us a clearer understanding of where stress is being held, what may be interfering with healing, and what support will be most effective. What might previously have taken multiple sessions, or a long period of trial and error, can often be clarified much more efficiently. Many people are already doing a lot “right” — eating well, taking supplements, making thoughtful changes — and still feel unsure about what’s actually moving the needle.
A.R.T. is especially supportive when things feel complex or layered, or when you’re ready for clearer direction rather than more experimenting.
Why I’m shifting SuperNature to focus primarily on A.R.T.
SuperNature has always been about respecting the body’s innate intelligence and working in partnership with it. A.R.T. allows me to do this with greater precision.
This approach supports:
- A more refined and responsive assessment process
- Less guesswork and unnecessary trial and error
- Clearer priorities for the body’s healing pathway
- Support that is tailored to what your system is ready for now
- Access to stealth pathogens that are not commonly picked up from standard testing
For me, A.R.T. represents the future of how I want to practice — grounded, efficient, and deeply respectful of the body’s wisdom. A.R.T. can be particularly helpful if you’ve been feeling stuck, are managing multiple or long-standing concerns, or sense that your body needs a more precise and responsive approach. A.R.T. excels with complex chronic health conditions.
Sessions supported by a new assistant
All A.R.T. sessions will be conducted with the support of my new assistant, Kathleen O’Brien, a local Vedic Meditation teacher and Naturopath. You’ll be seeing more of her face this year as she will also be assisting me behind the scenes at SuperNature. I’m really grateful for her steady presence and support as this new chapter unfolds.
A fortunate offering, available locally
A.R.T. is not widely available, and it’s quite special to be able to offer this work locally in Castlemaine & Melbourne. I feel genuinely grateful to have had the opportunity to study this method and to now bring it into my clinical work at SuperNature.
