I’ve been reflecting a lot lately on the people I see in clinic, and something I come across again and again. So many of you are already doing a lot “right”.
You’re eating well, taking supplements, making thoughtful changes, and genuinely committed to your health. There’s care, effort, and intention there. And yet, even with all of that, there can still be a sense of uncertainty… of not quite knowing what is actually moving the needle, or what your body truly needs next. Sometimes it can feel like you’re doing all the right things, but have not quite pieced things together.
When things feel unclear
This is what led me to explore A.R.T. – Autonomic Response Testing as a modality. Rather than continuing to layer in more trial and error, it allows us to listen directly to your body’s responses in real time, and understand what your system is prioritising right now.
It’s a refined and gentle assessment biofeedback process that works with the autonomic nervous system, helping us see more clearly what is happening beneath the surface.
From there, we can begin to identify:
- what your body is ready to address first
- where stress is being held
- what may be interfering with healing
- and what kind of support will be most effective in this moment
What’s been really noticeable since introducing this into clinic is the kind of feedback I’ve been hearing.
People often leave saying things like, “wow, that was a lot of information in a short space of time”, or “it finally feels like I have some direction.”
There’s often a sense of things clicking into place, or making sense in a way they hadn’t before. For many people, this feels like a shift from “What should I try next?” to “This is what my body needs now.”
Who this is for
A.R.T. can be particularly supportive if:
- you’ve been feeling stuck or unsure of your next steps
- things feel complex or layered
- you’re managing long-standing or chronic concerns
- you’ve been trying different approaches without clear results
- or you’re simply ready for a more precise and responsive way of working with your health
- you want to optimise your health
It’s a way of meeting the body where it is, and responding from there.
What to expect in a session
In a session, we move through a focused and responsive assessment process. My assistant Kathleen works as a conduit in order to be able to get a more accurate assessment in less time. A.R.T is gentle and non-invasive, and designed to work with your body rather than over it.
The intention isn’t to do more, but to do what is relevant and timely for your system. From the assessment, we’re able to create a clear and prioritised plan for how to support your body moving forward.
Another thing I’ve been hearing consistently is that people often leave feeling more settled in their system, even from the session itself. There can be a sense of relief in having things clarified, or simply feeling clearer about where things are at. It’s not uncommon to hear, “that makes a lot of sense” or “no one’s picked that up before, but that really resonates.”
A.R.T sessions now available
If this feels like the right next step for you, you’re very welcome to book in. And if you’re unsure, or want to check in before booking, feel free to reach out. I’m always happy to guide you.
It feels really meaningful to be able to offer this work, and I’m looking forward to sharing it more deeply with you.
Have a great week! Nikki x
